Cécile a Reggio Emilia, Bologna e Modena Domani venerdì 23 maggio, Cécile andrà a Reggio Emilia, Bologna e Modena. Alle 10 andrà al mercato di Reggiolo in Piazza Martiri, mentre alle 11 andrà a Fabbrico, in via Roma, dove farà un incontro con Maurizio Terzi, candidato sindaco di Fabbrico, e con i candidati al consiglio comunale. Il pomeriggio, alle 16, andrà al circolo PD di Reggio Emilia in via Marsala 20, dove incontrerà i due candidati al Consiglio Comunale Natalia Maramotti e Federico Montanari. Alle 19 sarà a Bologna, dove farà un aperitivo con Africa for Africa, in via Parri 9, nel SavoHotel di Bologna Fiere, mentre alle 20 sarà a Modena, dove farà un saluto alla chiusura della campagna elettorale, in Piazza Mazzini. Alle 21.30 infine farà un incontro all’enoteca “SottoSopra” di Pavullo, in via Giardini 167, insieme a Salvatore Caronna, candidato al Parlamento Europeo.

La Francophonie revient au pays de la Téranga
Qu’est-ce que la francophonie? Le terme francophonie est apparu pour la première fois vers 1880, lorsqu’un géographe français, Onesime Reclus, l’utilise pour désigner l’ensemble des personnes et des pays parlant le français. On parle désormais de francophonie avec un « f » minuscule pour désigner les locuteurs de français et de Francophonie avec un « F » majuscule pour figurer le dispositif institutionnel organisant les relations entre les pays francophones.

Libreville, Gabon Transformation The New York Forum AFRICA 2014 will focus on transformation: unlocking the competitiveness of the African economy through building value chains around the transformation of the continent’s natural resources, including its human capital. In knowledge economies, such as those in the western world, education is the foundation of economic competitiveness and global prosperity – and is inseparable from the development of human capital. An assessment from the World Bank revealed that human capital contributes more than 60 per cent towards economic development, as compared to physical infrastructure (around 15 per cent) and natural resources (around 20 per cent).
